What if it isn't actually the end of Naruto..

What if instead the storyline is shifted to a new character in the NV? Maybe the story of Konohamaru? We can see who his father was and what not, further background of some characters in the series..

Maybe we might see some of the shinobi as senseis and higher ups from a different characters point of view.

This has been said before. We all want to see some sort of time skip when everyone is older and everything is peaceful, what positions people hold and who's with who. Hopefully Kishi will do something like this.

That could be a possibility, why put focus on Konohamaru as a disciple of the child of prophecy and Hokage candidate if you aren't going to make a story for it right, you can just let that potential go to waste just because of time constraints. Be consistent KISHI.

It could be the end for Naruto's storyline but the start of a new series with Konohamaru

Unless he does a flashforward in the end showing how people turn out and shit, though i doubt it
