Esdese is a high-ranking general of the Empire, and leader of the Jaegers. Esdese appears to be quite emotionless and indifferent to the suffering of others. She enjoys torturing her enemies slowly, seen when she used her Teigu to put large blocks of ice in a boiling cauldron so that the prisoners inside would die slower and suffer more. Despite her sadistic actions, she is actually shown to have a compassionate heart when it comes to the lives of her men and others close to her. Esdese values and respects those whom she deems strong and competent, and will generously reward them without asking for anything in return. She is obsessively infatuated with Tatsumi.
Abilities: Esdese is the strongest person in the empire and is very skilled in battle. She possesses a powerful Teigu called Demon's Extract that allows her to manipulate ice and create ice from nothing. She uses it to create icicles, freeze things and more. She has been able to freeze an entire lake within moments with her ability. She also possesses a long rapier that she wields with her into combat. She has shown herself to be quite adept with this weapon even without having to resort to her Teigu. She also has a strong sixth sense, being able to sense killing intent even at long distances. She was perfectly able to sense that someone was spying on her. She shows very few weak spots during battle. She is also has notable torture kill. She knows various torture skills and even creates new ones herself. Esdese is also incredibly talented, because she was able to create her own trump card.
Teigu: It is speculated by Boss to be the strongest of all the Teigu. Its physical form is a chalice of blood, and once it is consumed, a tattoo appears on the user's body. This Teigu cannot be removed once applied, and it also has a dangerous side effect: causing the user to hear dark voices that drive them mad if they do not possess a strong will. The user is able to summon and manipulate ice even without a nearby water source.

Kurome is a member of the Jaegers, and the younger sister of Akame. Sold by her parents to the Empire along with Akame, the sisters survived the exam in the forest. She was drafted into a different Assassin Group than her sister and the siblings were parted.
Abilities: Kurome wields an offensive Teigu like her sister, in the form of a sword named "March of the Dead: Yatsufusa", which allows her to enslave up to 8 enemies killed with the Teigu. Also like her sister, she is extremely skilled in the art of the sword and assassination. She was able to land a hit on Esdese. After Chelsea wounded her, she has been drastically weakened.
The following corpses have been used by Kurome:
Natala, Doya, Woll, Apeman, Hentarr, Rokgough, Kaiser frog and Destaghoul.
Teigu: March of the dead: Yatsufusa is a Teigu is shown to be a long Katana with the power to control corpses. It is currently owned by Kurome.
Yatsufusa is a blade-type Teigu that is able to control a maximum of eight corpses that it has killed. The user can also manipulate the skills and abilities the living corpses had in life. For each puppet the user actively controls, they become weaker. If a puppet is destroyed causing the user to release the control, the user regains some power.

Susanoo is one of the new members of Night Raid that Najenda brought back from the Revolutionary Army HQ. He is a adept fighter and quite resilient to damage due to his status as a humanoid Teigu. He also serves as Night Raid's housekeeper and aids Akame in Night Raid's daily chores as well as training with Tatsumi.
Abilities: Susanoo is a biological Teigu, and the first one shown in the form of a human. He is able to regenerate injuries as long as his core is not destroyed. Due to his nature as a Teigu, he also seems to be immune to poisons and toxins that would kill ordinary warriors. He wields a stave-like weapon and is extremely proficient in battle. He is also very adept at housework and cooking, assisting Akame in the daily chores at Night Raid's HQ. He also seems to have an obsession with cleanliness, as he has been seen fixing Tatsumi's shirt and Mein's hair.
He has a trump card move, called "Magatama Manisfestation" that sucks his user's life energy into the magatama on his chest to gain a tremendous amount of strength, and enabling him to use powerful moves such as "The Mirror of Yata" that can reflect any kind of projectiles, as well as "Ame no Murakumo" which is a kind of sword that has immense power. However, his user will die after commanding him to use this move three times.
Note: Even though he is a Teigu, Susano'o has been portrayed as an actual character so I decided to put him in instead of his user; Nanjenda.

4) Seryuu Yubikitas (セリュー・ユビキタス)
Seryuu (セリュー・ユビキタス) is a member of the Jaegers , formerly of the Imperial Guard. She is a young girl with a strong (and twisted) sense of justice. She was the owner of the Teigu , "Hekatonkheires ".
Abilities: Seryuu possesses a biological teigu called "Hekatonkheires" which she named "Koro". It is capable of growing to incredible size on command, and extending it's mouth open to reveal many rows of razor sharp fangs. It also seems to be very durable, being able to regenerate even after being blasted with Mein's "Pumpkin". It can also grow arms to punch. It also has a trump card, "Berserker". This enchancers its physical abillities and allow it to stun enemies by roaring. It apparently overheats after using this skill. During her battle with Mein and Schere, she is shown to have a pair of tonfas that have been modified to shoot bullets.
She can also shoot bullets from her mouth as a result of one of the many body modifications she has undergone. Furthermore, when her arms are cut off, 2 guns reveal themselves to have been placed within her arms for combat use. These were removed by Schere during their battle and later repaired by Dr.Stylish. After their repair it seems she can now detach her arms at will to use the guns freely. She was shown to have some martial art skills, as she was trained by Ogre in this aspect. She was also able to beat Mein with a lot of punches.
Judgement of the Ten Heavenly Kings
Stored inside of her Hekatonkeires Seryuu possesses the "Judgement of the Ten Heavenly Kings", ten powerful weapons which function as modifications to her body. She often swaps these weapons around in combat using Koro's main body and, as noted by Mein, they're incredibly powerful despite not being Teigu. They were created by Doctor Stylish, as such his death keeps Seryuu from modifying or upgrading them, but she does know how to perform general repair and maintenance on them.
Teigu: "Hekatonkheires", also known as "Koro", is a biological Teigu resembling a small dog. When Koro is ordered, he has the ability to grow to a much larger size, increasing his strength and durability. It usually attacks enemies by devouring it. It can also grow large muscled arms and unleash a fury of punches with it. Like other biological Teigu, he will regenerate if damaged until his core is destroyed. It has a secret skill called "Berserker" which evolves the Teigu into a more bestial form enhancing it's physical abilities beyond imagination. It's roar at this point is powerful enough to stun opponents alone. According to its owner, after using Berserker he will overheat and be unusable for a few months. Even though Koro has been used directly after using Berserker.

5) Doctor Stylish (医者スタイリッシュ)
Dr. Stylish was a member of the Jaegers, and formerly was a Doctor in the service of the Empire. He was obsessed with being Stylish and looking good. He is however at heart a classic mad scientiest caring nothing for the lifes of his subjects and more concerend for his own experiments that anything else. He was however very intellegent able to see throught Tatsumi's cover even when Esdese could not. He has also been heavily hinted to be homosexual.
His Teigu gloves, named "Perfector" allowed him to move his fingers faster and with more precision than a normal person, and he used his ability to develop new weapons for the Empire. Notable examples of his experimentation include most of Seryuu Yubukitas' weaponry. He attacked the Night Raid hideout with his minions after Tatsumi escaped the Jaegers, he was then forced to use his trump card, transforming into a giant monster. He was then defeated when cut by Akame's Murasame.
Abilities: Stylish was in possession of the Teigu gloves "Perfector". Increasing the speed and dexterity of his fingers dramatically. This allowed him to develop experimental weapons on willing test subjects, and he was even able to heal any injury short of death. He experimented on many his minions, many of whom were prisoners on death row promised pardons if they worked for him.
Teigu: Glorious hands of god: Perfector is a utility/support Teigu in the form of a pair of gloves. It increases the speed and precision of the user's fingers dramatically, allowing Dr. Stylish to perform his surgeries quickly and flawlessly. Because of this speed increase they allowed him to heal any injury short of death.

6) Akame (アカメ)
Akame, also known as Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame, is one of the members of the assassination group, Night Raid. She is the first member to attack Tatsumi, and comes very close to killing him. She initially appears very serious and cold-hearted, but it is eventually revealed that she is just socially awkward, worrying often about the safety and well-being of her friends. Akame is usually in charge of cooking the base's meals and is known surprisingly to be a big eater (usually meat from danger-beasts and fish). She has a younger sister named Kurome, who is a member of the Jaegers, and loyal to the Empire.
Abilities: Akame wields the weapon Teigu, "One Cut Killer Murasame". It is a long katana that is coated in a cursed poison that kills with even the slightest cut to the skin. She is shown to be very proficient with her weapon, and would have killed Tatsumi, if not for the statue his fellow villagers gave him before embarking on his journey.
She is shown however to not rely alone on her teigu but to be a capable and powerful fighter. She has remarkable speed and reflexes able to dodge and counter-attack with deadly results. She also gives off no killing intent at all when she fights.
Teigu: It is a poisonous blade that can kill a person with only one cut. Once the sword pierces skin, it injects a lethal poison into the victim, killing them within seconds. However its ability only works on organic things that have a heart, rendering it ineffective against Armor and Biological Type Teigu, as well as machines.

7) Braht (ブラート)
Braht, also known as the 100 Man-Slayer, was a member of the assassin's group, Night Raid.
Abilities: He wielded Incursio, an armor Teigu that changes form depending on the person using it. When activated, the armor has a special ability to turn the user invisible for a limited time. He was also shown to be extremely proficient with a spear. He is shown to have mastered Incursio to its limits as he was able to call the Armor without the use of its key as well as being able to use its invisiblity for long periods of time.
He is also a master of his surrondings able to deal with three powerful enemies with little difficulty. He also fought with extreme skill using a sword. His exact strength was never revealed but Nyau had stated that he was at Esdese's level implying that he had skill equal to a general's. Esdese herself also commented that he deserves special attention when dealing with Night Raid further hinting at this.
Teigu: Incursio is an Armor Type Teigu created from the flesh of the Danger Beast, Tyrant. The Danger Beast's power was so great that its flesh is still alive within, giving the Teigu the title of "Demon Dragon Armor".
At some point in time, Incursio found its way to Braht and was used (as far as we know) during his time under General River up until his mission with Tatsumi when he passed it on.
When used by Braht, the armor had the ability to turn the user enveloped by the armor invisible for a certain amount of time, dependent on the skill of the user. It has near indestructible defense with the only thing able to pierce it being other Teigu. Braht (and later on Tatsumi), is able to use Incursio's auxillary weapon called "Neuntote". Neuntote is a long spear/halberd capable of cutting through Danger Beasts with ease.
