[Theory] Mihawk to become Yonko

What would be really crazy is if all the warlords work together and form an alliance and elect one amongst themselves to be a new yonko in preparations for fujitora's plans on destroying the warlord , I would elect Mihawk as the new yonko and head of the warlords

I doubt the world government , more closely the Goresei will allow such a adjustment considering they were pretty upset after they put the hit on moriah and jimbei resigning. Also , the position of yonkou.

From little that we've seen them. I would conclude , they are old geezers who want everything to remain normal and no major changes should be made. But this said, if fujitora and other marines like smoker confront the goresei and come open with their opinions they could possibly change the minds of the goresei.

Take a good look. It all comes down to these old geezers who are corrupt as hell [ celetrial dragons treatment to others + destruction of Ohara to prevent knowledge of the ancient "D" kingdom] :|

I have not seen him doing anything special other than launching Sword Blasts and the Manga claiming him to be the "World Greatest Swordsman" and showing him performing acts of great destruction.

Gear 1 Luffy was able to dodge most of his attacks without haki. Of all the swings he took at luffy..he only manage to knock him back once or twice.

It was also said that he did not hold back against luffy.

Current luffy would be able to beat him with relative ease due to Luffy's superior speed. A Yonko that luffy can easily take on=Not worthy to be a Yonko in my opinion

Edit:If Gear 1 before timeskip Luffy can evade most of his attacks without haki..that is saying something about his speed. It is really ...really...lacking. I simply cannot see current luffy losing against mihawk if luffy is cautious when attacking and does not spam any form of gatling. Several Well-timed pistols will be enough

Fujitora seems like a guy that has been through some serious shit, besides nobody is stupid enough to underestimate a Yonkou.

Hypothetically speaking though, I could see the Warlords strong enough to become an Emperor crew. Mihawk doesn't strike me as a leader but a follower, so if he used to be in a crew then he was a follower. In which case he doesn't have the qualites of being a leader but the strength to rival the Emperors. Doflamingo is a pirate leader but he doesn't have the strength to rival Emperors. There is this new Warlord who was said to be strong enough to damage an Admiral(and even defeat him iirc) and he has been an active pirate for 9 years. Assuming he is a pirate captain, then he has what Mihawk and Doflamingo lack so he'd be the captain of the crew. I think they would be stronger than Whitebeard's crew(minus WB) and Blackbeard's crew but weaker than Shanks', Kaido's and Big Mom's crew. Reason being is that I think their 3rd strongest(Doflamingo) and below are probably weaker than Shanks', Kaido's and Big Mom's 3rd strongest and below while their strongest and second strongest can rival their counterparts.

You got it wrong my friend. Mihawk was holding back against Luffy, a lot. Pre timeskip Luffy needed the help of all his crew just to defeat a single Pacifista and post timeskip M3 can defeat pacifista's very easily. There's also the fact that Rayleigh who is weaker than Mihawk was strong enough to stalemate and escape Kizaru who is an Admiral. Ace, who was on the same level as the current monster trio before he died, was so weak he was fodderized by an Admiral.

Those old geezers look pretty strong but I think the marines war lords and world government are all corrupted and only the revolutionary army can over throw them

No, because there was a ton of evidence suggesting his return? You have none.
And no sh*t sherlock, everybody dies, but the fact is if Mihawk had any ambition of becoming a Yonko he would have achieved that by now. Are you illiterate or something , Blackbeard went from being a warlord to a yonko, he told everyone on wb ship that he has no ambition to be a division commander. Are you telling me if mihawk decide to become a yonko that it would be impossible . Shanks is a yonko and he use to duel with mihawk when he had both hands. Mihawk is super strong and the government fears him.
