A heavily concentrated Bijuu dama might do the job yes

The thing is, Oro is truly immortal in both Soul and Body - hes cells are extremely regenerative as seen in his fight with 4 Tails - therefore if hit with a highly concentrated beam of chakra, where hes cells would be damaged beyond repair, it would probably result in his death.

However I believe the perfect Jutsu for killing Orochimaro is Naruto's Rasen Shuriken, he couldnt regenerate from that, as it specifically attacks and cuts through cells.
