I was going to use the tbb, There's sealing him with the Totsuka blade, a direct hit from FRS (Tsunade, who Oro went to for his arms to be healed stated she couldn't heal wounds from a FRS that's about 50% completed)

TBB would kill the orochimaru standing there, not orochimaru overall.

You would have to kill every curse seal holder along with that main body, and the amount of people who have the curse seal is probably more than you could ever hunt down.

Well Orochimaru can't be revived without someone else combine Orochimaru's flesh with his chakra then use the unsealing jutsu to revive Orochimaru like Sasuke did. Kabumaru doesn't exist since Oro took all trace of his power from Kabuto so unless someone else is walking around with Oro's DNA, he wouldn't be able to be revived. Only his chakra and consciousness/will is in the CM but he wasn't shown to even be talking to anyone with the CM except Sasuke when Orochimaru was literally sealed inside Sasuke via his body transfer jutsu
