So with that in mind it's wrong to say that Sasuke - who in MS state was able to keep up with V1 Ay, would remain stagnant in speed when Madara contradicts that. Again, how fast that is I can't say. And while you've more than proved a valid point of his speed being fast, simply saying Naruto wasn't going as fast as he can doesn't credit your argument with the former in mind. As there's no evidence for or against.
Madara never said something like that and if Sasuke's EMS has the straight pattern and so is his MS so there is no evidence to say that EMS Sasuke's speed is > MS Sasuke's speed on top of that Madara said that people with SP can move well,he never said that they can move faster and Sasuke didn't even trained after his battle with Kages as he spent all the time with bandages.and about Sasuke keeping up with Naruto I can't see any of them moving with their full speed and are definitely not using their shunishin,there is no need for them to move with their top speed unless u think they are having a running contest there.Sasuke is nowhere near Naruto's full speed in KCM though Naruto don't have perfect control over his speed and can only use it for defence means that he ain't blitzing a top dog with his speed IMO.
No whats funny is that you think that Tobirama's hand movements=him using foot speed to dodge Obito's blitz. All that scan proved is that Tobirama has hand speed so fast that he can tag you without you noticing.
lmao, no foot speed is required as all he had to do was side-step. Just say he needed Shunshin, Shunshin at Madara's level would be more than enough to dodge that attack (if you react to it) and yet he's faster than Madara.

EMS granted Sasuke better precognition not speed. Sasuke has the speed but if you don't know where and when to strike then it means jack. This is where the sharingan comes in.. I was going to bring up scans from vote Sasuke vs naruto, Kakashi Gaiden, and the recent fights between Sasuke, Juubito, and Alive Madara.. (I will provide the madara and jubito scans too lazy atm to get the other ones.. i just hope you know what I'm referring/pointing to) anyways
Vote Sasuke had the speed to match vote naruto when he began using kyuubi form but couldn't keep with his 2 tomoe sharingan.. when he achieved 3 tomoe he easily kept up with Naruto. (hope you remember this)
Remember Kakashi Gaiden? Kakashi was forbidden to use chidori because he was too fast but that changed when he obtained the Sharingan.

These scans prove my point that it was all because Sasuke's sharingan that he was able to move so well.. not his speed solely. Precognition works for both offensive(Juubito) and defensive situations (Madara when he was trying to evade Sasuke)
Sharingan doesn't grant speed movement.. that hasn't even been closely implied (from what i know). Also take note that Sasuke hardly had time to rest in between his fights so it wouldn't make sense that his speed increased just from fighting and even if his speed did increase it wouldn't be a big enough difference (if he had trained) and where he would match Naruto's shunshin. He didn't even outspeed Naruto's base foot speed (they were on par) which implies his speed has relatively stayed the same over the course of time since he also kept with V1 ay who pretty much equals KCM Naruto's foot speed as I have shown in previous posts.

If he could've side stepped he would've and he could've tagged him as well in that scenario considering how fast his hand movements are.
Hashirama and Madara are on par in terms of speed yet he couldn't shunshin out of the way either.

] Sharingan hasn't been stated to boost your speed.. only things like precognition which is what he used to track Madara's and Jubito's movements so he can see where to strike.
It's safe to say that Naruto would use his full foot speed would he not? Unless now you want to say he slowed down for Sasuke which isn't the case. His max speed without shunshin is on V1 Ay's level as I have shown. Anything above that is his shunshin (above v2 ay speed) which he's only shown a few times. There's a difference in how they look. Just refer to Blast it's previous post of scans he provided of his shunshin. He hasn't used it with Sasuke so far as far as i know.
You realize the 2nd Raikage died whilst Tobirama was alive, leaving the 3rd Raikage in Tobirama's era? And not only that, but Mu and the 2nd Mizukage knew Tobirama and the Raikage as well.
