If naruto die and Sasuke die then sakura will be the only main hero because Sakura is only main character remaining ..

1) Sakura death will be emotional if she sacrificed her life for naruto like chyio when she saved gaara ..
2) Sasuke death will make no different because someone else can take his eyes and continue fighting ..
3) Orochimaru can summon sasuke as edo and make him fighting again ..
4) Genma can take sasuke's eyes and with mankenkgo sharinghan he will be invisible ..
5) sakura can't lose her 2 loves so she have to choice between part 1 love (sasuke) and part 2 love (naruto) ..
6) time is going and sakura decision must be confirmed ..

In chess , always the soldiers must protect their king ..
Tsunade is like king since she's hokage so her life is more important and she will not waste it to save low rank ( geninn shinobi) like naruto or Sasuke ..

No she doesn't, just b/c she's a medical ninja doesn't mean she knows how to. Besides, Chiyo even said that no one but her know how to do it. But if she does know how to, it'll be Naruto she'll save. Plus she doesn't even know Sasuke is at the verge of death and anyway if she did it'll still be Naruto
