Sakura wouldn't die if she used Kishō Tensei.The jutsu only kills the users if the person they are using the jutsu on is already dead.This is why Chiyo didn't die when she used the jutsu on Sakura.Naruto is still alive and so is Sasuke.Sakura could used the jutsu on both of them and still live thanks to her large chakra because of Byakugo.

Naruto Sasuke injury isn't that bad Ino if she any good could save him, but I'm sure she will push herself to have them both, and die with them, and they will all be reborn as kaguya, the senju, and the Uchiha, and they will walk out like Charlie's angels then the sage will be behind them.
