I don't really see how people posting their threads in the wrong section is relevant to using prefixes in the TG?

KT was originally supposed to do simple, regular RP. Pretty much anything that did not fall under any of the other RP sections, but it was still very loosely based around Naruto RP or RPers just gathering and having casual threads and stuff like weddings, the Blood Tavern etc.

But as time passed people started using that section for completely unrelated matters to Naruto and by now it got swarmed with threads that have absolutely no connection anymore with our RP system. People just use that section as an alternative on the FG. The majority of the RP population and the majority of people who posted in KT are not the same, those are two different groups.

Now we are taking back KT as a gathering point of RPers. Even though there is a large grey area, the threads that clearly are not related to Naruto our even freestyle regular RP, belong in the Non-Naruto RP subsecton. I moved 60 threads or so, take a look what it's about: vampire, werewolves, pokémon, One Piece, Bleach, gods, demons, angels etc.

KT should be for things like clan recruitment threads, bio shops, sensei threads where you can request training etc. and regular interaction between Rpers like the Blood Tavern.

Can we please have a section where tournaments are hosted? >_> Like cmon why are tournaments hosted in the battle test section? It can also be cool to have a quick access to read past tournaments.

Actually Vincent suggested the same today. I will think about it as I also need to edit the RP guide with all these changes.

I just took a quick skim of things, and I saw the suggestion of switching the custom clan submission with the custom jutsu submission, and to me thats a horrible idea..

1. Look how often the CCJ submissions get checked, Vs CJ. It will be probally 3-4 cycles, then roku will have to literally track down the CCJ submission, which will be spread out.. Vs just one whole thread to the CCJ..

2. It would take away from the 3 ones we get so far.. meh

I know scorps said you guys are working on ways for the customs, but my suggestion is either 1 of the 2

1. Let us submit 5 CJ per cycle.. Granted, this may be more work, but you guys said you want the custom things to go more swiftly for the reason to let people submit more customs swiftly. By doing this they get more to submit.

2. Check the CJ thread periodically. Now I know how tiredsome It is to check customs (No i dont but still). But if you are on a custom checking roll, and you open the CJ. Soon as you see somebody post their custom not even a minute after its open.. Check it. I look at it this way.. If you check all the CJ 3days before the marker, you dont have no weight on your shoulder no "-sigh-, I guess I gotta check em. etc-"

I think taking away KT is a bad idea tbh.
The regestration for NB has already close so we arent getting any new members.
But some people get on NB simply to RP in konoha town.. to me KT to them is like the NW to us...

I think maybe I skimmed to quickly but I don't see the CC switch thing you mention, teno. What I did see was lili suggesting and Cali moving the CC submission thread to the jutsu section with the other customs submission threads. Nothing really changes except that it is closer to the other submission threads, it's merely a cosmetic change.

Regarding the CJ thread, be patient. Scorps and the other mods who check the thread are working on ways to make it more efficient and will be updating the Rp community soon. I know I'm not the best to say this with the cfs thread currently backed up but the CJ thread is being handled.

and yea.. Im curious to see the change.. those are the only 2 things i can think of really.

But everything else dont seem like a real big change really.. But im not new to NB and I know majority of the rules.. Hmm.. I dunno really.. I never had a problem with the layouts tbh.

but I think the Q & A Thread need some easy access, cause thats a very keen thread.

Also, as far as I know, the KT forum can still be used for..."free" Rp. You can still make a Konoha spa or a tavern there or whatever, but now it has been clarified. A lot of games such as the Death Note games or Vampire Rps have been made there, and now they have their own section, but general rping in the Narutoverse can still be done in Konoha Town.

Hey one thing i would like to suggest as the rp forums are being restructured is that a prefix would be made in the bio section mainly for first time roleplayers who are having thier first bio submitted so as to help guide the mods when approving. If making a mini section where only first rp bios can be posted in can not be done now, then starting of things like this might help direct the mods/admins when approving bios as the first timers bio would take priority over the others. The prefix can be [Debut Biography] etc.

Also i always notice people create various threads in the questions and suggestions section asking simple questions like "how can i get a sharingan bio" or "where can i find senseis"?

So if allowed just like the global rules are stickied around the whole forum i think the roleplay q and s rp threadcremer by lili should be stickied around the whole rp sections to make it easy to find and reduce the amount of threads made in the q and s sections, as that thread has proven to be a good and effective means to answer or resolve some of the issues in rp ranging from technique usage or even the basic rp rules.

also the idea of the cleaned up training area's would really organize whats being taught. easier to track for you guys still seems like a cluster of excess threads but oh well.

do we get a clan wars section like the ninja world as well cause that may be cool to have keeping the clans and nw stuff seperate to keep people from jumping locations from ninja world to clan wars.

All guides have been moved and will be moved to a new area with other guides being made as well, though the thread I think you are talking about is still in the Bio Rules section.

Nothing prevents you from having clan wars in the NW, people just assume it means villages only.
