Agree with your list. I mean, Hiruzen already defeated Tobirama and Hashirama, so not sure why people think Hiruzen isn't on top.

You can really just watch the anime, hiruzen beat the first and second with oro helping them and edo bodies while he suffered from old age.

The mana clearly stated hiruzen is the strongest of all time the person who writes it!!

All the hokages fighting hiruzen still laying the longest as always he's smarter and more powerful. Hiruzen rank 1 undebateable

Hiruzen got lucky and used a suicide tech that took his own life because he couldn't best the hokages, hashirama barely used any mokuton and Tobirama never used ftg and oro pretty much watched the whole time. It's pretty obvious that feat wise he isn't even worthy to be #2 right now.

Listen, the hardest ones on this list to place are minato and tobirama. normally you can tell who's stronger based on destructive force. But they are tactical and efficient and skilled even if they're not "strong". With that in mind, in terms of "power", its:

Prime Hiruzen/Hashirama
Hashirama/Prime Hiruzen
Minato (BM)/ Tobirama
Minato
Danzou
Tsunade

If you're factoring in skill, in theory, Minato could KILL hashirama. Hashi can still be killed by wounds. So can hiruzen.

More importantly, minato is more "skilled" with ftg than tobirama. He also has better reflexes even if tobirama's jutsu's are more "powerful".

This is a thread which will try to accurately rank the Hokage in order of power, Konwledge, and feats. Feel free to make you own list and add your opinion.

1. Prime Hiruzen - said to be strongest of the kage and his generation. Mastered all five elements and knows all jutsu of the leaf. Monkey summon. Longest reigning kage.

2. Hashirama - strongest of his time. Powerhouse that built and founded the leaf. Has Mokuton. Buddha summon.

3. Minato - saved leaf village. Made Tobirama's techniques better and created rasengan. Has Toad summons.

4. Tobirama - one of the best suit on users ever. Invented Konoha political and educational structure. Created Edo tensei, FTG, and shadow clones. Great sensor.

5. Tsunade - senju and uzumaki. Best medical ninja. Strongest Kunoichi. Slug summons.

P.S.
1 and 2 can be interchangeable as I had a difficult time determining Hashirama and Hiruzen and they're both known as God of shinobi; however the manga states Hiruzen was the strongest Hokage of the village so I picked Hiruzen even though Hashiramas stronger.

Simple get rid of your PS. use feats (prime hiruzen does not exist there is no idea of how strong or weak he is, i could also give feats hashirama doesn't have using the manga,example being hashirama has 1000+ jutsu at his arsenal for the fact he is a senju(clan of a thousand jutsu) and i can give him 5 elements through the Buddha(using the zetsu as proof) while i am at it give him katon as he named one of his jutsu with katon as a kid ...there is alot that can be used like that but as we have not seen it in the manga yet i suggest we stick with the feats we have seen, my list more or less is what they are ranked currently until they provide more feats. )

Last time I checked Minato can use FTG V1,V2 and V3. Tobirama himself said that his FTG as well as shunshin are inferior to Minato and his EDO's /WS feats aren't going to land a scar on Minato & He has no answer for boss summons.

Minato was never put on Hiruzen's level by the manga, and neither will be put on his level by me.

1.Minato - saved konoha once with very few casulty.
saved whole alliance army twice.
saved Naruto and sasuke. what more feats can any1 come up in comparison to what minato achieved.

2.Hashirama. - Defeated madara many times.
Brought peace in ninja world on his own

3.Tobirama - Fought countless uchihaa and became no 1 uchihaa slayer.
Invented a lot of techniques. Master tactician . Awesome fighter

4.Hiruzen - One of the wisest ninja
NO significant fights in his lifetime. just a peace time hokage with no fighting feats . only hypes.

5. Tsunade - Most unsucessful hokage . No significance victory. Got konoha destroyed in her life time. Weeps most of the time

Only problem, is Manga never states Hiruzen IS the strongest hokage. It only says he was said by some to be the strongest Hokage.. However, manga does state Tobirama and Hashirama ARE the best shinobi of the leaf.

Manga also states Hiruzen was once hailed as the "god of shinobi". However, Manga then states Hashirama IS the god of shinobi, and not just for konoha, but even for people suigetsu's village.

Manga then says most people who heard about Hashirama's powers didn't believe his powers existed. =].

If you are in the dellusion that I'm using the hype to put Hiruzen over Minato.. then i suggest getting out of it.

As for the Tsunade part, if you are beyond that, no point talking about, as we determine "power" differently.

Since its a fact that a simple sword or a kunai can kill even the best ninja. for E.g Izuna, madara ( he was mortally wounded. hashi didnt cut off his head ) Nezi ( simple wood projectile) Hanzou ( by sword of mifune ).
Hence Minato being best in Speed , kunai fight, close combat fight and brilliant ninja , so Minato is possibly the strongest fighter in narutoverse excluding jubito.
