I've been saying the same thing. If Ki and Chakra are considered the same (which they should be) then Madara and Obito are able to fight on DB levels. However Madara can't beat Goku past Namek Saga. Instant transmission/IT Kamehameha would be a problem.

Think about it, FTG is basically Instant Transmission with less focus; Madara reacted to Tobirama's FTG, which means he should be able to keep with Goku's speed, but it only happens if Hashi's SM is active.
