The face is clearly shown to be destroyed. As for B, that's not the wooden dragon, and even IF it were, it's another one.

Nothing was destroyed and Madara never used a second WD. The wood dragons he destroyed were significantly smaller.

Nope. Mokuton Dragons are able to suppresses all Ninjutsu, even the ninjutsu that Doujutsu that suppresses Ninjutsu - Lol? - and is specially effective against Bijuu Chakra. Any Naruto form cannot beat Base Hashirama, I'm afraid.
