All of this without taking a break. It must have tired him a lot.

I don't think he was tired. Even after doing all that he was able to keep up with Madara's pace using senjutsu. Chakra=Stamina and Sasuke wasn't slow on his feet at all. As well right before going after Madara he summoned his huge hawk. Personally, seeing how Sasuke has fought ALL of his battles before attaining EMS, I think Kishi is trolling Sasuke in preparation for a character shift.

He couldn't use it at that close range because madara paralyzed him and enton and Amaterasu don't work on madara I doubt sasuke would be able to hit him with chidori either

Kurama enhancements is thanks to powerful chakra. Uchiha like Madara and Sasuke already posses powerful chakra >/= to the kyuubi so those enhancements won't help Sasuke.
+ PS is a feat of control not chakra. At least in PS's development Kurama xmchakra had no part

I don't think chakra= stamina. Chakra is the fusion between spiritual energy and physical energy. At best, stamina is physical energy. So perhaps he can't use powerful ninjutsus anymore, but he can still use taijutsu and kenjutsu. I think he would have to recover a bit before using his EMS techs again.

It's irrelevant. That "chakra injection" ceased some time before he used PS. And as I said, even with the chakra injection, he wouldn't be able to take susanoo one level above just with that.

3 times the strength. Coming from common shinobi. Uchiha's chakra strength is because they are descendants of the sage. Of course there chakra> everyone else and Sasuke's and Madara's >>> other Uchiha
Chakra power is the potency of chakra. Using more potent chakra will enable stronger jutsu (simple)

This. I think Sasuke is just out of gas. If Sakura is worn out then that tells you something, because she's consistantly been written as the character with the most chakra control. Naruto has a bigger pool of chakra because of his clan, the reason why they're chosen to host the 9 tails since it takes huge chakra to suppress a tailed beast. Sauske wastes chakra for his jutsus, so this makes sense.
