1. What we've seen Itachi do with Tsukuyomi and what Madara is attempting to do are two different things. Itachi tortured a couple ninja for a second in real time and complained of overusing his eye. Madara is attempting to trap the world in an infinite tsukuyomi

2. Madara was an old man in your scan. He shouldn't be able to mold enough chakra to do anything at all.

He has some feats, neither of which really compare to Itachi.

Madara is too fast for Itachi to use a genjutsu on. Madara casually blitz'd SM Naruto, so Itachi would want to put up some sort of Susano'o. Madara also can fight blindly, so Tsukuyomi will not affect him in the slightest. Nor would any visual genjutsu.

As we have seen in the current chapters, Madara had used Sussano blind meaning he still had access to both techs while being blind. This scan proves nothing and the actual scan used in the OP actually dictates that it was indeed Tsukuyomi he was using on Obito

Everything you're speaking is speculation. Stop grasping at straws. It has already been shown that Madara can use Sussano without his eyes meaning Tsukuyomi would be possible without his eyes as well.

Madara said he can manipulate things in the genjutsu to his liking, I'm sure time isn't ruled out
