So, Kishi apparently decided to stretch out the plot again (which is good imho) by dividing the main battle into three smaller battles again.
A while ago, we had the three battlefields of Gokage vs. Madara, Naruto and Co. vs. Obito and Sasuke/Itachi vs. Kabuto. Then subsequently, everything flew together into one huge battle. And now it became divided into Naruto/Sasuke vs. Madara, Gokage, Oro/Taka and Co vs. Spiral Zetsu and Kakshi/Minato vs. Black Zetsu...
And apparently, these battlefields are separete enough from one another that the people don't know what happens elsewhere.
Somehow, when the God Tree was summoned, the whole battlefield became really wide and people were scattered all around.
On a side note, am I the only one that thinks the Spiral Zetsu battle came out of nowhere?
