Which tech requires more skill, Rasengan or Chidori?

Rasengan in it of it self is an incomplete technique. The act of completing it means adding an element to it. Something even kakashi nor minato was able to pull off.

Kakashi created chidori cuz he couldn't master rasengan.

Well kakashi learnt rasengan and failed to combine his nature with it. So he developed chidori. Obvously chidori is a superior jutsu otherwise kakashi would have continued using rasengan. Chidori is therefore stronger than rasengan. People can say what they like logic dictates chidori to be superior.
Also to combine shape and nature is harder than just form manipulation.

A more equal comparison would FRS and Chidori as they're both dealing with Change in Nature and Shape Manipulation whereas normal Rasengan is just Shape Manipulation.

Rasengan - Chakra
Chidori - Chakra + Raiton

youre wrong you need more skill to perform ransegan then chidori, plus chidori is a narute based attack. where as rasengan is pure raw chakra . Anyone with out ration chakra can't perform chidori. Pls compare nature based attacks against narute based attacks

Chidori requires a lot more skill due to the major facts:

-Chakra control
-Chakra element
-Speed

While Rasengan is merely Chakra control focused on the palm of hands, Chidori in return requires a large amount of Raiton concentrated on the palm of hand with immense speed of body.

yes that is the reason rasengan is no match for chidori which is a combo of both far surpassing rasengan when complete like rasen shuriken then it s far stronger.
Although i beleive nukite would annihilate it since it is the strongest sword.
