I wish to learn water because i enjoy spending time near it and personaly, i find it as powerful as the rest of them. Water is peaceful and calm, but when needed it can be scary and destructive just like a shinobi should be. I wish to one day combine it with raiton and achieve storm relase.

Yes, the top techniques you mentioned are techniques you'll be learning here. Yes, you're correct about those KGs, they're all made up of water. I asked about how other elements interact with water and then you can tell me in what ways you're able to mold water since water is soo malleable in soo many sense.

It's Earth that absorbs water. That turns it into mud. You can see water being solvent while earth is a solute. The main thing about in our RP is that earth is a lot more compact then water, a lot stronger in bonds and therefore it is stronger then fluid/water. Look at it this way. While ice (the solid structure of water) is able to go through water, water can't go through ice. Still, ice is weak against earth because it's a lot more compact. Yes, we need it to survive but if there's no earth to hold this water, it'll just spill away.
