Chidori without a doubt

Rasengan - Chakra
Chidori - Chakra + Raiton

Chidori overall.

It requires not only a maintained change in chakra shape but also chakra nature.

Although better shape manipulation is required for Rasengan.

Rasengan because you have to compress the chakra then use a lil wind to rotate it violently.

Not very good reasoning.

FTG is a nonelemental tech but requires more skill than a doton wall, a very elemental tech.

Chidori. Kakashi wouldn't be able to complete it without his Sharingan. Same goes for Sasuke.

prolly chidori

there was a drawback that came with chidori, you can only use it if you're running in a straight line had it not been for kakashi and sasuke's sharingan, it would still be a tough setback to overcome.

Kakashi completed it, just couldn't use it in a real battle cause of it weakness

Rasengan is harder - no hand seals required regardless of ninja skill. One physically manipulates chakra.

Rasengan is chakra + wind. Chakra can't spin without wind

Rasengan alone is just shape manipulation. You can do whatever you want with chakra, it doesn't require anything to be manipulated except for the person's control.

This is the Fuuton version:

rasengan. You have to swirl the chakra and keep like that, while chiori is just letting lighting chakra rush out your hand nothing more.

Naruto, I think rasengan requires more skill.
What shape is a chidori anyway.

It's been stated that Rasengan is the ultimate level of shape manipulation and there is no wind in it . But still I do think that It requires much more skill to master .
