Senju have physical energy + quanitity... something that is pure chakra.. unlike the Uchiha who has spiritual energy + powerful chakras for their sharingan. Senju have to rely on chakra... lol.

Bijuu Suppressing Chakra is simply special ability/chakra some individuals have. It was never said that Kushina or anyone else had 'Powerful Chakra', just 'Special Chakra'. Whatever that means. As I said, only Uchiha are known to have extremely powerful Chakra.

Sage Mode is obtained on the basis of Large Chakra pool NOT powerful Chakra. Something clearly explained through Pa/Sage Toad in the manga. Sasuke's Chakra rivals Madara - something Kurama mentioned.

1. Juubi with its jinchuricki. Basically I will make this three way tie as its redundant. It is stupid to have so6p then juubito than juubi.
2. Madara rinnegan makes your chackra stronger said to have op chackra so yea.
3. Hashirama could suppress bijus which is pretty op power.
3. Naruto bsm - Had 7 biju chackras in total in sm mode so op chackra right there. Was stated his chackra 3x stronger than kuramas.
4. Nagato he had really strong chackra cause of rinnegan remember people?
5. Sasuke kinda obvious as his was also stated to be stronger than kurama
6. Bm Minato Kurama chackra plus his
7. Mito had kcm sealed suppressed kurama manga phax.
8. Kushina as she could restrain kurama also with her special chackra. I don't know if she should be above minato or a bit above the list for sure.

he will moat likely become jinchuricki but for now he is number two. he soon will be included in the three way tie.
