I wouldnt know where to begin - so many of the points you listed are false/ and contradicting of manga facts.

2. Madara
3. Hashirama
4. Naruto
5. Sasuke
6. DSM Kabuto
7. Nagato
8. Itachi
9. Minato
10. Tobirama

Ok I can understand people not wanting kushina, but mito was stated to have kcm. Tobirama I explained why we can't judge yet to king hashirama and I am on mobile so can't copy paste. Minato alive we know nothing off. Nagato and dsm kabuto might be debatable. I prefer nagato cause of rinnegan but as we know little about it as it has been recently shown I qm open to change. That is all I would say of your list.

The list is perfectly fine, though not how I would put it. People, strong chakra and large volumes of chakra is not the same thing. Take Sasuke. His chakra is far more powerful than the likes of Ay and Kisame, but the amount he has is far less. People like BM Naruto, Hashirama and Madara have large amounts of chakra and extremely powerful chakra.
