You remember once upon a time we thought that Tobirama was a master at suiton jutsu's and that he was well known for it??? well actually it turns out that he was regarded as the fastest shinobi of his time. Anyone else think that Kishi ran out of ideas and really didnt know what to do with Tobirama when he brought him back?? i mean when you think about the fastest characters, when they use to draw comparisons they never mentioned Tobirama EVER. That leads me to believe that Kishi gave him FTG and this "fast guy" persona on the fly. which is disappointing. He was really lazy when he was coming up with Tobirama's skill set. anyone else feel the same?

Minato hinted about 150 chapters ago that Tobirama was skilled in Space-Time Ninjutsu. He had planned it ages ago.

It's only because the Senju Bros. time was so long ago that they're barely noted, apart from those who've researched/learned their history. It's the same with Hashirama, someone that mighty, yet is only known for their might by Obito because of Madara's teachings.

Tobirama's suiton was said to be on "kage-level" or "as expected of a hokage"... not the "best" suiton user.

However, if we logically think about the power increase Hashirama and Tobirama had.. the guy automatically should have the strongest suiton shown. (1st Mizukage is probably higher i assume)

He didn't use suit on cuz it was useless against jubbito.... So he helped naruto and sasuke using fog plus they later found only senjutsu works

In Part 1, the cat masked ANBU said something along the likes of "Wow, such a high level Suiton in a place where there is no water!" followed by Orochimaru saying "As to be expected of a Hokage... You could say" It was something concerning the fact he made water from thin air, instead of spewing it or manipulating already existing sources.

I don't think it was canon though, Tobirama's more of an all-rounder type with a flair for the speed orientated.
