Sauce, Maddy (no madara's but minato flucking trolls), Tobirama (does a move, gets solo'd, auto top ten ), Hashirama (got solo'd too many times to even be top ten :|),

Minato his FTG does get hyped a lot but he's the fastest.

Madara: dodging Tobirama's FTG slash isn't really FTG, its shunshin. You can't teleport through someone but slash them.
He dodged Tobirama's kunai attack (after FTG) not FTG itself.

Sasuke: Hawk rinnegan (not really sauce but still)
