Why would a genius like Minato need knowledge of Third Raikages weakness? Naruto figured out most of it on his own and he's an idiot.

It's not hard figure out that the scar is his weakness, it's pretty obvious. In fact I remember people already predicted that he hurt himself with his own jutsu. The fact that the scar was in the shape of a lightning bolt was a dead give away.

If NB members were able to predict it before the chapter came out and Naruto figured it out then it shouldn't be too difficult for Minato.

He has the Rasengan which is stronger than Narutos kcm Rasengan. And he has even better reflexes and reactions than Sage Naruto and Ay - so honestly he wins the same way Naruto did.

Third Raikage wins. Minato will be relying on FTG just to stay alive, and no number of Rasengans and kunai will be penetrating his shroud / "steel" skin. Minato eventually gets tired of teleporting around and gets outlasted by the Raikage, who will eventually land a killshot.

Naruto's tactic involved Sage sensing as well as knowledge from the Hachibi. Minato lacks that knowledge.

I thought that Hachi was saying that he cut all of it's tailed at once upon a time in past.
