How exactly does Minato win? He can't hurt him, and he doesn't have the same knowledge Naruto got from Killer Bee. He can't outlast a man how could fight for three days straight, and Gamabunta would get ripped apart by the Nukite. At best Minato could force a draw with Shiki Fujin.

Minato takes him to the grave with him using Shiki Fujin considering he can't even put a scratch on the Raikage's body.

His Rasen flash howl is hyped to be capable to defeat Jubito who is far more durable than Sandaime Raikage, but it's near featless so dependant on that Minato either win or force a draw with shiki fujin. Another possibility would be to seal him with a Shishou/Hakke fuin but it's not easy to pull that of in a fight without preparations. With the instant transportation that grants Hiraishin however, it's not entirely impossible. There is no other possible outcome anyway since Sandaime can't land a hit on Minato either

minato really doesnt have anything that could put third raikage down for good except death god jutsu. so 3rd raikage high diff

Alright, so we know that A and Minato fought against each other a couple of times, yet they both managed to survive the war, so you can imagine that they were closely matched, I think it would be the same with 3rd. There are three options IMO:

1. Minato figures out 3rd weakness and defeats 3rd like Naruto did.
2. Minato uses Shiku Fuujin, its a draw.
3. Battle drags for so long that exhausted Minato cant fight anymore and 3rd ends him.

Although I think that Minato is overall stronger, Raikages are really though matches for him.

The raikage would win eventually, Minato uses what.. rasengan? Not even FRS can hurt the raikage, and Minato doesn't have the knowledge of the opposite village.
