Arguable.

Hiraishin outsped 14 year old Obito's Kamui who was distracted with Genjutsu-ing the strongest Bijuu while simultaneously fighting a Hokage, not to mention lack of knowledge on Hiraishin to moving kunai.

Kakashi's Kamui outsped 30 year old Obito's Kamui was not distracted and who had full knowledge on Kakashi's tactics, and yet still fell for said tactic despite keeping an eye out for it.

It is a fact that Minato barely outmaneuvered a distracted 14 year old Obito with a tactic Obito lacked knowledge on. It is a fact Kakashi outmaneuvered a non-distracted superior version of Obito with a tactic Obito had full knowledge on.

It is a fact that Hiraishin is based off the summoning technique, and it is also a fact that Kakashi was able to tear off a building-sized arm of a target before it could complete its teleportation.

The combined facts above go against the notion that FTG outspeeding 14 year old Obito's Kamui automatically means FTG is superior to Kakashi's version of the technique.

Thus the reasoning that led to my original conclusion; Edo BM Minato should take this with relative ease, but an alive Minato without the BM powers granted to him in death would be a far more balanced match up.

in the last chapter kakashi was able to warp gedo's arm(nearly bigger than 100 human's size,remember when akatsaki members was standing on the edges of its fingers)although it was summoned by madra
then,what will happen if kakashi used kamui on minato?,i don't see minato has time to react then use ftg before his neck(so much smaller than gedo's arm) be in the other dimension

at the fact that Minato was able to teleport to a moving kunai. There is not much more for me to prove here, as Obito's reaction all but tells you he did not know such a thing was possible.

Minato also hints this when he says "

How would Obito be a grown man 16 years ago?

Obito is Kakashi's age. Obito attacked the village the day Naruto was born. In Part 1, Kakashi was 26 and Naruto was 12 years old. That would mean that on the day Naruto was born, Kakashi was 14, maximum 15, putting Obito at a similar age.

So you are telling me that 15 years of experience does not lead to improvement, even marginally? Minato outright

. It is logical to conclude that the only reason it did not reign supreme in that given encounter was due to the fact that it was in the hands of an inexperienced teenager.

Bottom-line:

Minato's FTG > no knowledge 14 year old Obito's (speed)
Kakashi's Kamui > full knowledge 30 year old Obito's (speed-wise)

Nothing above can lead you to the conclusion that Minato's FTG is decisively faster than Kakashi's Kamui, especially with Kakashi's latest feat of interrupting a summoning technique with his Kamui, which FTG is extremely similar to.

assuming that kakashi took 1/2 of second to warp gedo's whole arm(although i think it took less than 1/2 second but let's just assume that )
gedo's arm is about as size as 100 human's size as i cleared above .i remember akatsuki's members standing on the edges of its fingers

but human's neck is about 1/50 of human's whole size ,so the percentage between human's neck size and gedo's arm size equals 1/50 * 1/100 = 1/5000
so it takes about 1/5000 *1/2 = 1/10000 of second to warp human's neck with kamui in full speed
that is just a clarification ,it might be wrong but it is near to truth
so i don't see minato have time to react then use ftg to avoid kamui
