Actually i think he can :yeah:
Strength doesn't mean everything in 1 vs 1 battle,Seryuu is mentaly unstable hence no cool head --> no actual tactic.Rabac is quite sharp himself so he has a chacne of beating her with high difficulty

He might beat her... Koro is a powerful Teigu, but Seryuu is not a powerful user. All she has is raw power, no tactic.
I'm leaning towards Seryuu, she's too strong for him, even without tactics...

True, but that's the only thing Rabac has going for him in this battle. His attacks make noise so trying to make a sneak or side attack on someone like her won't really be a success. Especially since she has a dog at her side. She on the other hand is full of tricks and attacks that Rabac can't counter. All in all, Seryuu takes this. Medium-High difficulty.

Facing her directly Rabac is more likely to loose but it'd be just stupid for him to act like that,isn't it ? From wiki "He was shown to be good at tricking enemies and distracting them."

Mein beats Esdese high diff, did you see how easily she shattered the giant ice cube? Esdese doesn't dope either so she can't dodge like Kurome

I say he wins based on what we've seen from him. His teigu can be used in any situation and has endless possibilities and he's extremely tactful as shown in these panels.

He destroyed two extremely tough opponents who could manipulate their bodies and get pass the strings and he still won. I don't see seryuu being able to get past his razor sharp strings that can be changed into anything he can think of.

Rabac is strong, but I disagree with him being capable of defeating Seryuu on his own. His Cross Tail Armor isn't something that is gonna save him from Seryuu, considering that he himself stated that Mez's punches have enough force to kill him despite the armor being on. [

Such a defense is only meant to block weapons such as knifes or swords. In other words; weapons that have no destructive capabilities at all. Unfortunately for Raba, weapons with good destructive capabilities are just what Seryuu uses. Using her Judgement weaponry, Seryuu was capable of leveling down a whole building. [

And of course, trying to take advantage of the smoke in order to make a sneak attack on Seryuu if Raba survives by some miracle, isn't possible due to Seryuu's Judgement Nine which was we know has the ability to trace down Raba or should I say living beings or humans.

Not that it matters in the first place because Raba's own fighting style doesn't allow him to make successful sneak attacks due to the fact that, when throw around, threads make noise which can easily be heard by someone like Koro since he is a dog or even by Seryuu herself. [
