So I was wondering who was the best female character in anime/ manga. It doesn't have to be in Naruto only though. Please mention the characters full name and the series name.
They have to:
1) Be physically, mentally and emotionally strong. Must be one of the stronger characters in the series.
2) Have to be an important character in the series.Must be able to influence the plot. Must appear in series frequently.
3) Can't wear inappropriate clothing. Can't show chest, belly, or wear anything above the knees. Must not be fan service tool.
4) Can't be head over heels for boys.
5) Must have an important dream that they try to achieve and not forget about.
6) If they get together with a guy they must not forget about their dreams. Must not be used for emotional development for guys.
7) Must be able to take care of themselves and not let guys save them whenever they are in trouble.
8) Must be a unique character who fights. Must have some special ability. Must work hard and train a lot.
9) Can't be obsessed with make up, fashion and things like that.
