You see, again, that's being very literal.
Compabarable? Yes.

But the OP is saying that using the feats of another shouldn't really count.
But, Tsunade can probably do something stronger than what Sakura did. People just want scans to make it valid.

Rasingan is a moving ball of energy, Tsunade's is a blunt force impact.... if they clash, Tsunade's chakra would be deflected by the rasengan's rotation, and she would die shortly after.

Tsunade IS physically the strongest person in the whole nv until otherwise proven. Tsunade is a kage. Not fodder.
She at least gets her skills by herself while Uchiha get power ups by simply feeling sad. Magical eyes FTW. :| How cool. Not.
