tsunade is way stronger than sakura so while sakura needs to focus chakra to do monstrous things tsunade can to it naturally, for example she lift bunta giant sword and stabbed manda with it.and the hashirama comparison shouldnt be taken literally hashirama died long before tsunade became a genin.
