But he obviously lacks an effective way to use it against A. If he had some kunai's like Minato has he could be a challenge against A, the victor being a mystery, but Tobirama need to mark something with his hand to use it. Marking A will be impossible because once A comes close Tobirama will be dead and A marked.

Same level as Hayate? Then A loses neg diff. NO. He will not make a difference, and Tobirama is unable to his majorbombin' because he would die in the explosions as well.

Tobirama reacted to Juubito and he is the creator of FTG so I think he does have better reactions, and Ay doesn't start in V2 anyway

He used the edo tensei jutsu from far and sent the edo tensei to explode himself.
The explosion is so huge that he would be caught in the explosion.

whether or not his Edos are weak is irrelevant, what matters is how he uses them (for explosion), and Ay can't seal them anyway so they can keep exploding and regenerating
