Tobirama's feats & abilities

Can somebody please post a in depth explaination on Tobirama's abilities & how is makes him Top 10 material? (I'm trying to make him Top 10 if not)

Tobirama I feel is such a underrated character & all I know is that he can perform large scale Water Release & a different kind of FTG, but to what extent though..

Yes, I do read the Manga but about 80% of NB Users are clueless about his true abilities.. & I'm a bit shallow on them as well..

well we haven't seen him in any 1 on 1 fights yet , but we have seen him in altercations/ confrontations 1 on 1.

mostly its been wait and see and mainly him as an edo. He has shown lots to be excited about . xD

Can someone explain how he performed the Hiraishin sword attack on Izuna?

Why do people care so much? Out of all the Kage he's had the least panel time, he's obviously not going to have much to show off, aside from the fact he's awesome.

Dude killed an MS user on top of that he is the brother of Uchiha Madara the best Uchiha of all time and Izuna is supposed to be nearly as strong as MS Madara so he is indeed < top 15 in my list.

Based on his performance so far, he seems to be equal to KCM Minato. That alone implies that Tobirama is atleast>Itachi, Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Danzo.

Izuna didn't have Susano'o & Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi.
