I personally think that Madara was able to use MS techniques because black Zetsu was attached to the half of Obito with the rinnegan. Since black Zetsu is basically part of Madara, they are connected and technically black Zetsu's body had the rinnegan. Therefore Madara had access to it in a way.

1.) Susano'o doesn't actually require both eyes. What Sasuke said about the whole requirement of both left and right MS to activate doesn't mean both eyes must be there to activate Susano'o. What he meant was that the user of MS is required to unlock MS in both eyes to unlock.

Ie. Itachi, Sasuke and Madara activated MS in both eyes, they can use Susano'o. Obito has had both his eyes become MS, however, he himself only activated 1, meaning he cannot use Susano'o.

Also, Itachi used Susano'o without having the Sharingan even activated at all. Just incase you want to argue that Itachi did no such thing, here's an image from chapter 392 of Itachi activating Susano'o without having the sharingan active at all.

2.) I don't know who came up with this whole BS that someone killed Hashirama, but it really needs to end. HASHIRAMA HAD A NATURAL DEATH, NO ONE KILLED HIM.

3.) Nagato DID use that method. However, it took him hours to do it with a team of shinobi. The fact Madara did it in a matter of minutes to to exemplify Madara's overwhelming power with the Rinnegan. Also, Madara was the true owner of those eyes, meaning he can utilize them more efficiently then Nagato.

Ie. Kakashi struggles to use MS repeatedly while Obito uses it with apparently no end in sight of it's abilities. Reason being are those eyes belong to Obito, not Kakashi.

4.) Madara didn't use the chains to rip out the tailed beasts. He was breaking the seal first while he was keeping them under control. After he broke the seal, he can easily rip them out with chakra.

5.) Certain techniques require eye use while others require chakra. By unlocking the Rinnegan, Madara gained the chakra ability to absorb chakra based attacks. Just like unlocking MS in 2 eyes unlocks ability to summon Susano'o. However, Rinbo: Hengoku (I hate that stupid Viz translation) requires the eye to use. Just as Ameterasu, Tsukoyomi, etc. require the MS to be activated. Rinbo requires eye contact, a visual point in space to hit.

6.) He wasn't stronger. He was at the same level of power as an Edo. As an Edo, he wasn't trying. If they killed him, big whoop, he'll regenerate. Now he's alive and has no second chance here, if he dies, he's dead for good. This time, he's ACTUALLY TRYING. Also, he used Preta's Path to absorb Hashirama's sage chakra, meaning that he has Hashirama's healing power to survive a certain amount of impact.

If you're stronger than everyone and can't die, why bother trying? If you're stronger but you can die from messing up, well, you better get your ass moving and go all out to end it before they can kill you.

No way.

A. He had no reason to revive him in that state since it was simple Q&A.

A-1. And even if he did, why stop there? Why wouldn't he do the same for hype prime Hiruzen?

Because with Hiruzen he hadn't any time, his arms where sealed after Hiruzen died and supposedly it needs jutsu, he wouldn't be able to do it and as for Hashirama he may have done it from th first time he had used him.

This is soo correct. I side you on this. Kishi is just giving madara powers without logic.

Sasuke lost his susano when he was about to go blind during the fight with kakashi then madara without eyes uses susano hmmph that is what we can ass pull

Sasuke didn't lose it.. he got a headache and was in shock because of blindness,, when itachi.. who was blind while using susanoo started coughing his susnoo dissapeared to, but he wasn't in shock of anything, he recouperated and continued..
Susanoo uses the body, not the eyes.

Even if you would say itachi being blind was a mistake by kishi and you do lose susanoo when your mangekyou goes blind, madara has eternal mangekyou, so his brain, where all the stuff happens, wasn't Demangekyoued, and susanoo isn't casted from the eye.. though it has never happened before, probably if you would implant sasukes eyes in someone else he wouldn't gain susanoo, cause you're only using the eyes..

I've done some pretty serious lurking regarding how Madara could use Susanoo without eyes and if it made sense or not but came up to the conclusion that it's all really just Kishimoto doing an asspull and nothing else. I hate to say it because I like Naruto but there was really no logic at all behind this. It's a fairly simple explanation, but let me explain why anyway.

The only possible explanation would be that once you unlock Mangekyou Sharingan in both eyes, you get susanoo as an ability, but it's not actually connected to your eyes, you just get it anyway.

If this was the case, it would all make sense, and everything would be fine because it would mean that Susanoo as an ability is not connected to your eyes, so you would be able to use it even without them, but during Team 7's reunion below the bridge after the Sasuke vs. Danzo fight, you can see how Sasuke first pulls out Susanoo but then it withdraws again and Sasuke covers his eyes with his hands in pain, meaning that it's clearly still directly connected to his eyes. Then there's also the fact that Susanoo still strains your eyes like a madman, further proving its connection to them.

Narutopedia says it pretty clearly: Unlike the other visual-based techniques of the Sharingan, this technique is still accessible to the user even if they lose the Mangekyō Sharingan, as shown when Madara used it, both when he had no eyes,[7] and while the Rinnegan was active.[8] Itachi Uchiha was also able to use it without having his Sharingan activated.[9].

remember, sasuke was practically blind when his susano'on came out for the first time. same for itachi, he was also blind. who ever said you always need eyes or sharingan activated for susano'o to be released?

Sasuke was out of chakra. He was forcing himself around the time he went nearly blind. His Susano'o disappearing was him losing focus and chakra, not because he lost eye sight or use of MS.
