>___________> u guys made those ranks by default u were given jutsu's without learning them cause of the incredibly good luck u all have. If your jounin you know all elemental attacks of the chosen element till B, if u raise a rank u train in it, also this doesn't applies for fuuinjutsu/kinjutsu/ninjutsu cause most of them are unique in there own way and must be taught, for example rasengan , unless your naruto/jiraiya/minato u can't use it without learning. This is the responsibility of your rank's sensei. Also keep in mind not all sensei's specialize in everything,
