Nah its not that cus minato>itachi is debateable but sayin tobirama and kakashi are top 3 is what makes this list ass. Sasuke is either equal or stronger than naruto. I say hes stronger. Kakashi shouldnt even be thought to be in top ten. Tobirama is debatableokay what are you pissed at :|

yup so all the people who keep saying
sasuke is or will be equal to naruto are being too much optimistic
in fact he has no reason to be on par with naruto ..... it's just his popularity which is making kishi create sasuke tougher
