Well, the eight gates are sort of like limitations on the human body. There are, like they're called, eight of these gates within the body that chakra passes through. Releasing or opening these gates results in a release of tremendous power and the release of some of the limits naturally in the body. Releasing more and more gates results in more and more power as well as more strain put on the body. The limits are there to keep the body in check and releasing them strains the muscles to serious extents. The way it works (I assume) is by opening up the passage to let more chakra flow through the body.

Excellent. Now, keep in mind how the Gentle Fist works - it is closed range proximity, much like Taijutsu itself, a lot of these attacks force you to get close to your opponent. If your enemy also specializes in something close range, such as Taijutsu, it is vital for you to shut down any possible power sources, which is, as you mentioned above, the Eight Gates.

So I'd like you to do that to my clone now. There are two gates in the head, five gates that go from top to bottom in the body, and one towards the left armpit. Activate your Byakugan, dash up to him, and pinpoint your strikes on his Eight Gates.

I activate my byakugan as I walk up to the clone. I begin to focus chakra into the tips of my fingers as begin an assualt on the clone's chakra system. I dash up to the clone as I attack the two highest torso gate locations following up with the two in the head. I then move onto the left armpit and continue down to the last three gate locations. I attack them with utmost precision as I burst just a tiny bit of my chakra out of my fingertips every hit that lands. I make sure to attack each gate location several times as well as other, non-gate locations to make sure that I hit all required points.

Excellent description, however, next time, I'd like you to state which hand you use to hit each corresponding point. It would be much similar to visualize it and rotating between hands could be potentially beneficial save if the opponent chooses to interrupt you between your hits.

Alright, this next attack consists mainly of you focusing your chakra and then releasing it in a focus point. That very focus this time would be the human body itself.

Now, let us say you were to choose an area to instantly decimate on the human body - think of the organs and their functions. Where on your opponent would you release a burst of chakra on in order to instantly decapitate or off them?

Well, the two major areas I think of are the heart and brain. Although the brain would be a little harder to attack so I guess the heart.

An excellent choice. Do not forget the liver either, humans can not live without their livers.

That is precisely what I want you to do now. Begin with a running start to accumulate gravity, then when you get near my clone, charge up enough chakra in your hand to release a discharge of calculated chakra at my clone's body. Think of it like a pulse-based attack.

I begin to run with my byakugan activated as I gather chakra into my right hand. Once I get close enough to the clone, I thrust my right arm forward, towards the heart of the clone with a palm strike. Upon contact, I then release and burst the chakra gathered in my right hand into the targets heart. It is a quick and powerful burst of chakra, releasing all the chakra in my hand in a single point at the same time.

Good! Don't forget the impact it also has on the environment behind you when you use this jutsu - you can potentially put it to strategic use.

Description: An up close attack were the user pushes a huge amount of chakra into there opponents body that destroys the internal organs and can level any wall.

Now, this jutsu focuses on every single chakra point of the body - much like a defensive Hyuuga jutsu you learned earlier, you will need to expel chakra from your body, but more in an instantaneous, offensive manner. This jutsu, if made contact with anything, will send them flying back as it is strong chakra being pushed outwards rapidly.

Please proceed to perform this jutsu for me, but after you do so, please explain to me how this might be useful if you were fighting a battle in midair.

I begin to flow chakra through all of my chakra points as I position my feet in a way that readies myself for a spin. I begin to spin the chakra within my body and, once the chakra reaches a certain speed, I spin as fast and with as much force as I can. I spin opposite to the flow of my chakra and as soon as I spin, I burst out all of the built up chakra in a dome around me so that it can protect me against attacks.

Fighting in midair, this would be helpful to disperse wind, or fire techniques as well as protecting against mostly anything weak or just mildly powerful. Ummm... I think that's it. That's all I can think of at the moment anyway. :/

OH! And if the opponent gets hit by this technique in midair, they're pretty much done. Blasting off like team rocket

So, with the jutsu I just taught, assure that you read the description. With your Byakugan, you can note weak points in most structures, including caves or buildings and then target it with this jutsu in order to cause it to collapse to cause additional damage or for a creative combo.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyūga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user. It was also shown when Kisame's Water Prison Technique trapped Neji that the user can use it to target weak point in the technique that they see with their Byakugan in order to dispel it.

Now I want you to pull both of your hands back. As you do so, release chakra from the points in your arm and hands and then manipulate it into the form of a large lion. Set your eyes upon my clone as you punch both of your hands forward to send both lions at him in a twisting motion.

With his Byakugan activated, Mayuri begins to gather chakra in his arms and hands. Once enough chakra is gathered in those areas, he releases the chakra, using chakra shape manipulation to change the form of the chakra on each arm into a large lion's head. Now looking at the clone, Mayuri thrusts both arms forward in a punching motion, at the same time fully releasing the chakra in his arms, and sends the twin lion heads at the clone in front of him at a fairly fast speed.

Charging chakra into the tips of his fingers, Mayuri dashes forward, towards the clone. He then proceeds to bombard the clone with a barrage of finger jabs to chakra points such as the shoulders, heart, brain, neck, and lungs. After attacking from all angles, before delivering the finishing blow, he supercharges his palms with chakra and thrusts forward into the clone's chest, bursting all the chakra in his hands and attempting to rob the clone of chakra usage.

Mayuri begins to channel chakra into his arms, focusing it at his hands. Gathering chakra until his hands began to glow white, he dashes forward, toward your clone. Upon reaching the clone, Mayuri attacks, alternating his attacking hand. After attacking the clone in places like the head, neck, arms, heart, lungs, and stomach, Mayuri uses whatever chakra he had left in his hands to thrust forward, attacking the clone with a double palm strike in the chest, and releasing/bursting all the chakra in his hands, hoping the drain the clone of chakra.

Aye, instead of draining chakra in this move, however, you are aiming to completely obliterate the opponent here. Think of it like charging up a...kamekameha. <_< Yes, I made that poor reference.
