Lancer gathers his suiton chakra and channels it towards the sky specifically 10 meters above the opponent who is standing mid range (10 meters away) from Lancers position. A small cloud begins to form above the opponent which is very dark in color almost pitch black, when the cloud is created it covers the entire radius of mid range (6-15 meters) and it begins to drip and rain a different liquid unlike most suiton chakra, this liquid is dark in color and quite think that has a flammable property to it. The liquid itself is not sticky but it is thick so it will remain around the body of the opponent and won't just slide away like regular water.

Well, in all honesty, I'm merely hoping for some entertainment. Brothels do not really pique my interest, you see.

I espied you performing a set of hand seals. Nothing too bothersome, I supposed, as the initial effects of the technique did not seem to appear for several moments. However, I soon came to notice a shadow on the ground all around me, which was clearly not mine, for I knew I was not shaped like an amorphous lump of jelly which encompassed so much space.

Hence, I decided to look up. With a simple jolt of the head, I caught sight of what was an unsightly mass of, things. Black stuff, akin to that of a cloud, floated meters above my head. It was a phenomenon I could only guess was caused by the chivalrous man before me. From experience, I was sure that it could potentially cause trouble. As the cloud formed, it seemed to drip rain, except the liquid wasn't exactly rain. More like, oil.

As such, I poised my body, positioning my right leg behind my left, raising my right hand as I did so, forming a demonic claw of wind around my right arm. The claw of wind served as an extension of my arm - a rather useful one at that, as it augmented my offensive power. I swung my arm back, before swinging it forwards in one swift motion, scattering the black clouds above me, whilst getting rid of most of the liquid falling from the clouds. The speed at which this is done prevents too much oil from getting onto me and my surroundings.

Of course, while this was primarily a defensive mechanism, I continued to extend my right arm, allowing the claw of wind to proceed onwards towards you, aiming to crush you in its grasp.

In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

As you have taken notice of the rain falling, due to the fact as the rain is released it free falls so Lancer will not need to hold the jutsu any longer allowing him to go onto the next jutsu, and as you have taken notice of the technique and created the wind jutsu to try and stop it, your body is already dripping with a small amount of oil but just enough. Lancer sends katon chakra towards the ground and stomps his foot, releasing 3 pillars of fire. He positions them slightly upfront of the opponent, not directly below him. The pillars will act as a defense for the wind jutsu try to attack me after you take the cloud out, but due to the heat it gives off and with oil on the ground due to the radius it was able to cover the fire connects with the oil creating a large scale fire attack around the entire radius of mid range. Finally with the opponent who has a slight amount of oil it will still have the flames grow wildly and hit him the moment the pillars appear.

Whilst my arm swings forwards, I notice you stomping your leg on the ground, whilst a great amount of heat gathers underground in front of me. In the spur of the moment, I decided that it would be unwise to follow up with my attack, for it was an inadequate counter for a fire technique. Furthermore, fire could potentially prove to be detrimental to my situation, and turn into a catastrophic attack due to the flammable oil all around.

As such, I immediately rid myself of the claw of wind, allowing it to dissipate harmlessly after scattering the clouds. However, I do not retract my arm, allowing my arm to continue its forward motion. I, of course, contrived a plan almost immediately to make the best use of my situation. Allowing my arm's 'thrust' to continue, I instead focus my wind chakra, this time, in a different manner, releasing it in the form of an explosive burst of wind towards the ground which propels me backwards at a rather low angle. This allows me to skim across the ground at high speeds, moving backwards into long-range, avoiding the mass of flames which would temporarily hinder my view of you.

Whilst I travel backwards rapidly, I perform several actions, drawing blood from my right thumb, whilst stringing together a set of hand seals. I then slam my right arm downwards, whilst leaping several meters into the air, summoning Slip-Stream, who would hover mid-range above the ground, with me standing on its back. Casually, it would drift forwards, swimming through the air, entering mid-range once again.

Description: Slip-Stream, is a rather small Sting-ray in comparison to most of the other Rays and has the body shape and looks of a Spotted Eagle Stingray. Slip-Stream is roughly three meters long (Not including tail) and three and a half wide (Including wingspan), and is capable of carrying a single person on her back, possibly two if the need should arise. Slip-Stream has an extremely bubbly and energetic personality. Slip-Stream is incapable of using jutsu, but makes up for it through her prominent and useful move set. One of her techniques involves releasing her chakra as she flies, the chakra shapes into her form, effectively forming clones that are in-fact projectionary illusions created by the distortions caused by her chakra. Once activated, which counts as a move, the technique continues to remain active, mirages being created passively, leaving a trail of Slip-Streams behind her, which combined with her insane speed is often mistaken for Motion Blur by a opponent, fooling them into thinking that she’s moving faster than she actually is, while masking her exact position. The illusions often mistaken for after-images, begin to fade roughly 3 seconds after their creation and are similar to that of the basic E rank clone technique. Another of Slip-Stream’s abilities, is that she is capable of releasing a burst of wind from her body, utilizing the wind, and the updraft and force created so as to give herself a dramatic burst of speed, allowing her to amplify her speed by up to 50% for a few moments. Slip-Stream usually releases the burst of wind from either beneath her or behind her, but is capable of releasing it from all over her body if need be. Strangely, Slip-Stream prefers Air over water, and is the fastest flyer in kodai, it requires immense focus from a non doujutsu enemy to keep track of her movements while she moves in straight lines or circles, and even more focus to decipher which is a mirage and which isn’t. Slip-Stream is slower when moving in intricate motions but still remains faster than a Sage Rank Ninja with ease. Slip-Stream’s Last ability is a testament to her mastery over air and flight. As she flies, Slip-Stream is capable of utilizing her wind chakra to create a flow of wind around her, the flow of wind acts as a barrier for both defense and offense. The wind coating allows Slip-Stream to slice through opposing objects as she travels with immense ease, and is equivalent to S rank. While it also reduces Air-Resistance against her forcing the air to her sides, allowing her to move even faster than usual.

- Slip-Stream can stay on the field for 4 turns.
- Slip-Stream can only be summoned Once per Battle.
- Slip-Stream can only use her Wind Burst Technique Twice, and it counts as a move.

As you fling yourself towards the air, noticing where you are most likely going to land, Lancer does a couple of hand seals and creates an entire mud swamp covering the entire radius of Long range, making it ten meters in length and width as well as 10 meters deep. The moment you land on it, due to the momentum you gave yourself by flinging up and how hard you are going to land, you will pretty much land knee deep and continue to sink as well. The swamp when Lancer creates it was the moment you had sent yourself towards the sky so it will appear from behind you. You will have no vision of it whatsoever because of that.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

The moment the swamp has been created, you are likely about to land on the swamp or have already land on it (I'll let you decide since TF is quite small here). On that moment Lancer does one hand seal and keens his fuuton chakra. he releases a blast of wind chakra towards the area at you, but while it moves the fire that dormant at the mid range area due to the oil being set by the A-Rank fire pillars. So as the wind travels it will connect with the fire and turn into a blazing inferno of fire S-Rank in power that travels towards you in the long range area. When it makes contact with the mud despite it not being flammable it will burn the mud heating it so much it will drastically burn anything in the mud as well as the inferno itself that continues forward to engulf his opponent.

Okay, just several things to note. I'm skimming across the ground at an extremely low angle, so I wouldn't fall as hard as you think into the swamp. Just something to note, of course. Since I'm so low, I daresay the fire would mask my movement, so essentially you have no reason to perform the swamp.

Furthermore, I feel as though you didn't really 'interrupt' my move, per say, as my summon would have propelled me into the air after I got trapped in the swamp. In that sense, my move should have continued without trouble and I would be out of the swamp as you fire the blast of wind. But I will continue according to your description.



It was certainly exhilarating to move backwards at such speeds. It was cooling to be away from the flames, the cool breeze blowing my non-existent hair. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. It was pure bliss. Pure ecstasy. Amidst my inner elation, though, danger approached.

I faintly heard the emergence of mud behind me. The sound of ground turning into mud. Curious, I turned my head to look behind me. The ground behind me had turned into a large swamp, and I was converging upon it at extremely high speeds. As it would be rather inconvenient for me to get trapped in a swamp, I simply responded by performing a single hand seal, releasing a burst of earth chakra throughout my whole body as my legs touch the surface of the swamp.

This burst of earth chakra would petrify the mud, causing it to harden and turn into stone - flat solid ground that I could stand on. And with that, the imminent danger was over. Stamping my foot down onto the ground, I firmly regained balance, standing long-range from you.

As that happens, a ferocious blast of wind was fired at me, with obvious vitriolic intents. The wind mixed with the flames to form a fearsome combo as it raced towards me. Instinctively, I reacted by spewing out a dense torrent of water which formed a barricade around me. Upon collision with the fire, the fire would be extinguished, leaving a fair amount of steam behind and a sizable amount of water.

Performing a single hand seal, I turned the remainder of the water into a majestic dragon which would rush towards you, hitting you with bone-crushing impact should it connect.

Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
