Simple observation of Versus Threads and the fact that a large portion of fighters have only been seen as Edo's. Take a look at the third Raikage thread - nobody is assuming he has immortality in that thread, despite him only been seen properly fighting as an Edo.

Regarding Minato's Shunshin, he saved Naruto from getting stabbed of Obito, and he saved Kushina from Kurama. He is still the fastest Shinobi even if FTG is excluded. Also, his sensing is not comparable with Naruto's sensing, but his reactions are better.

People seem to underestimate Minato too much. To penetrate through the durability of Third Raikage, he can summon 4 toads to aid him in this battle including the elder ones. With Gamabunta's oil, and Shima's Katon, it will create the same AOE as Jiraiya which has enough heat to melt some of the Raikage's skin. That will undoubtedly weaken him significantly. Followed by the sword slashes of the other toads, and Odama Rasengan destroying the Raikage completely where Minato can eventually seal him.

SM Naruto. Obviously he's slower than Minato as Naruto never had speed in base. Sasuke already dodged V1 Ay, Minato can easily do the same.

Of course Minato knows them. Pa and Ma knew him. How else could they say Naruto surpassed Minato if they never met Minato?

Anyhow once the 3rd is tagged this is too easy.

Refer to the bottom. He's shown pretty much the same sensing feats as tobirama. That's of course, unless you believe tobirama's also not a sensor? then by all means... I guess minato isn't one either..

Minato "sensing" the Kyuubi is not a feat. It is his other half, since he had half of the Kyuubi within himself. It is no surprise he felt that. The other feat is tracking, not sensing. Plus it was Kakashi Gaiden. The three scans you posted were reaction feats, not sensory. The last two are debatable on whether he heard the Hachibi's tentacle and Obito. Tobirama's sensory feats are far better than Minato's. Call me when he can sense the genetic make-up of someone.

Tobirama is a sensor because he sensed Madara, who has no relation to him. He sensed Karin's genetic make-up. He sensed the sharingan's activation.

Minato sensed the other half of the Kyuubi and his son. Cool beans. Everyone could feel that chakra.
