Who do you think will take down Madara as of the recent chapter? Naruto or Sasuke?

Well, from what I believe, it could still go either way. However, Madara is so far using Sasuke. Even Naruto notes that Madara is treating Sasuke as a toy. However, we know that Sasuke does not like to be used, and he also uses a fair bit of people himself. So now that its definitely become totally clear that Madara is using Sasuke, who will finish him off?

For Naruto, on the other hand, Madara is an antagonist. He wants to start war, which Naruto now opposes more strongly than ever. He wants to finish Konoha, which Naruto fights for, and so on and so forth.

On a side note: Madara said he wanted revenge on the Uchiha clan. But, he wants people to acknowledge it? Meaning of this is?

well it's pretty simple why he can make a thread like that. because madara is the antagonist and therefore will obviously die at some point, at the latest in the end. who else should beat him? raikage will at least lose one arm in this fight, or even die, and i dont think that the other hokages are stronger than raikage. so it will come to either naruto or sasuke to kill him.


i think sasuke will beat him, his abilities are better to counter ts-jutsus (kirin and amaterasu). second sasuke is an uchiha, so madara has a reason to kill him, and madara was the reason for and helped itachi in the uchiha-massacre, so sasuke has a reason to kill madara.
but i'm not quite sure, could also imagine that they both fight madara, because he seems to be so insanely strong, and if sasuke killed madara, kishi would either has to create a new antagonist or make sasuke the final villian.

It's a toss up really. I'm sure though that the Naruto vs Sasuke fight will occur directly before or after Madara's defeat. So Naruto could turn Sasuke away from the Uchicha curse to the 'good side', which would anger Madara and it's a 2vs1 battle. Sasuke could take down Madara as a tribute to fallen Uchicha's after realizing his mistakes and duel Naruto afterwards to test his power or because he still remains cursed and desires to be the strongest ever Uchicha but ultimately be taken down by Naruto. Or Naruto could do so after killing Sasuke who wishes Naruto to end the Uchicha line and their curse or because he needs to get to Sasuke but first defeat Madara whose in the way for w/e reason. Really there's too many possibilities on why and who could kill Madara.

Basically Madara is a manipulative bastard whose been butt-hurt for 100 years. He probably believes his warped version of the truth and will pull all strings to complete his plan.
