Shanks is not that tall, neither was roger or garp.

And the future pirate king is tiny compared to the tall ones in one piece.

compared to the Admirals, Doflamingo, Whitebeard, Kuma,Moria.

Roger and Garp are average height.

and when they showed young Roger, he was regular height.

Garp isn't all that much taller than Luffy, he is more buffed but I don't ever see Luffy being that ... well, ''round''

There are characters way shorter than the Admirals that don't have a problem doing that.

OT: I think the M3 will be the same height as Marco/Mihawk/Shanks which I think was said to be 200 cm? Roger and Garp seem to be between that and the height of the Admirals(probably closer to the former).

It would look stupid if at the final way Luffy, Zoro and Sanji aren't even the same size as the Admirals. At least in my opinion. Plus I would love to see Sanji as tall as an Admiral with those huge legs.

Imo, it would look more stupid if Nami/Robin become midgets compared to them when they've been roughly the same height this whole time. :yeah:

That is a very weirda rgument because than Nami, Robin and Usopp would have to be like giraffes ... And that's just stupid

Luffy will never be taller than Shanks imo, imagine an epic spread with the straw hats with the big admiral height m3o an than the two ladies reaching to their waists ... i personally would laugh at something that stupid

Someone pointed out that the rest of the SH's would get a growth spurt alomg with the m3o, but there is no way they would buff up so they would be waaaaaay to tall and still slim like they are now, which would just make them look stupid

I'm sure Oda would find a way to draw them so they didn't look like that (although I can picture what you are trying to say =D ). He is, after all, Goda....

yes but it seems Odas intentions are to not make any of the SHs much taller than they are now, Zoro and Mihawk aren't that different so I doubt Zoro needs to grow anymore and Luffy us supposed to represent a kid so I doubt he's ever gonna gain more then a few cm's and if Sanji alone get's taller we get to the problem I mentioned earlier

most of the taller ones are that way because Oda primarily needs them to exert power right on point like the Admirals or Doflamingo and WB who are freakishly tall, he doesn't need that with the MC's as we follow them all the time

also Garp is much more buffed than Luffy but not all that taller, he's about 1 head taller than post TS Luffy but he needs to be taller because if he weren't and was that buff he would just look fat

I agree, being small actually makes you look better imo (why I love Yoda so much, he is so awesome thwirling around like a badass )

he probably just crouches a bit, but for him, as a big cyborg that's ok if Luffy, Zoro and Sanji had to do it that would just look weird

anyway, gotta keep an eye on Franky when they're on the Sunny XD
