I can see the M3 and Brook being as tall as Admirals EOS. Maybe after a timeskip once Luffy finds the One Piece? I can imagine Brook being slightly taller, and Franky enclosing on Whitebeard in terms of size (due to Modifications). Chopper should be about Admiral size during some of his transformations (exclude base, kung fu point and horn point). I'm hoping Usopp, Nami and Robin remain to be regular in size. While Chopper in base is still small.

I dont see that happening
I think that the reason for such height of the usual opponents is to cause intimidation for both the viewer and the character.Making them same size would not only hurt that process (Even if you say EoS) but it doesnt make much sense for them to just hit that growth spurt

I think there is about 99.9% chance of that not happening

I don't see Luffy, Zoro or Sanji ever being much taller than they are now, at most getting taller by the same amount few cm's they grew during the TS

if Luffy was twice the size of Nami and Usopp (same goes for the height of the other 2 from the m3o) that would just look plain idiotic
