Doesnt matter, if oro doesnt have spare bodies to perform the jutsu then he can't. & Even if he does have the bodies then that's prep on his part. He can't simply possess 4 living sacrifices before the battle begins oh no, oro needs to find a way to obtain 4 sacrifices during the battle & before that happens he loses.
