Your not getting it. He can't summon the edo kages if he's already in kamuiland.

I'm sorry but since when does oro have a spare living sacrifice? He used zetsu clones to create the edos last time, tell me where he gets the bodies for this fight during the fight & you can use them in battle, otherwise you admit that oro needs previous prep in order to summon the edo kage.

even if kakashi doesn't start with kamui ,he still can beat oro with kamui in mid of the fight
even with no kamui ,oro is weak againt sharingan's ginjutsu ,current kakashi is good at sharingan's ginjutsu
i don't know if oro with edo or not but that doesn't mean he can counter direct kamui on him
