I dont think so, notice in the last picture, the guy looks like a person, rather than an orc. I think its a flashback scene where Gandalf finds Thrain, although its known that Thrain freely gave up the map and key to Gandalf. Maybe, in the movies, Peter Jackson wanted to emphasize that Thrain couldn't distinguish between friend and foe.

Yeah that's weird, they have a bunch of scenes from the second movie in that trailer. As for the guy it could be thrain, it's really hard to tell. We'll probably see it in the next movie when gandalf escapes.
