You forgot base Naruto. Also why would you place current Madara below Hashirama when Madara has the best of both worlds? The powerful chakra of the Uchiha clan and the vast chakra reserves of the Senju clan.

You don't get Hashirama's chakra even after getting the Senju dna. Just a manga fact.

Powerful chakra doesn't equate to quantity, and he just has his natural reserves boosted by Hashirama's DNA while Hashirama has more chakra than Naruto, Full Kurama and Minato combined, that is why he is above Madara in chakra, the gap just isn't as large as it was during Madara's first life.

I don't believe Hashirama has as much chakra as a full rested BSM Naruto. I know Hashirama is the greatest senju ever but to have chakra that equates to Kurama is pretty absurd. Hashirama making his comment towards Naruto Bm sharing feat places him at second to me. I doubt he has as much chakra as BSM Naruto.

I want to put current MAdara over Hashirama seeing as he has his powers now but it's not quite clear if he has his monstrous reserves combined with his own. Although it makes sense if he did.

Kisame is pretty underrated here too and I can't believe you forgot NAgato. If anything he's above Naruto but under your list imo it goes

As for now, remember that naruto only had BSM (50%), If he gets the other half of kurama then it would be , BSM Naruto 100% Kurama -> Hashirama. ツ

EMS madara is above kisame he fought 24 hour battle with hashirama.
Nagato has far more chakra then naruto without kurama.
Naruto without kurama chakra would be average since minatos seal allowed chakra to leak into his overtime raising his reserves.
