Your last sig was better to be honest. The thing you need to work on in this one is the flow. Try and make all your effects point in one direction, or pointing to the same point. It makes the sig look less chaotic and strengthens your focal point.

Yea i know that, the bigest problem is that i dont know which is which brush, i have 50 brushes and i cant remember what i used before so i allways have to chose 1 by 1 brush to find good ones

You don't have to just use brushes y'know. Photoshop is a program of epic proportions, and keeping yourself to one tool is only going to hinder your progress. I mean, I hardly ever use brushes in my sigs.

first off, zenron is right. There isn't even a comparison between CS and elements. Elements is SOOOOOOOOO limited compared to photoshop. You just dont understand that because you aren't good at photoshop yet.

Second, the sigs are way way way way to chaotic. as said, there is no focal. NEEDS gradients such as a B&W set to "multiply" so the focal can be emphasized. Needs way more flow. it lt just looks like you threw a bunch of pics together, and tried to call it a sig. it looks like crap to be honest with you. You can be afraid to make some parts darker, and you must always remember to make your sigs "pop" if you want any of them to look dcent.

At least someone agrees with me :).

Luminosity is better in my opinion. Multiplies aims to get rid of all white and light parts in the sig, which can be pretty hard to control.

You can be afraid to make some parts darker, and you must always remember to make your sigs "pop" if you want any of them to look dcent.
The eye is drawn to the lightest/most vibrant part of anything, so if you want a person to look at a certain place, you make it stand out. Right? Lets take an example of real life. If you want to get someone's attention, you can stand there doing nothing, or shout at them. Which one is going to work better?

I don't think it's harsh, just constructive.
