Few questions: Sasuke relies on his Sharingan as much as Naruto relies on Kyuubi, and

I noticed a topic about Naruto relying on the nine tails, and figured the oppSit may be true, but (this beig an after thought mind you), the main topic I wanted to post about was:
Out of the two, which one would be better off - not including Sagemode of course.

Equally as important: would Sasuke still be able too Sasano-o up IF he see too remove one eye in place of Obito's eye...

Much like Madara can, which in turn - brings us back to the first question, as he'd be much better off against a non-Kurama Naruto... (Disclaimer: no intended as a versus debating lol). But if he were able too still Sasano up (theoretically), then wouldn't SM be neseserry. in that instance ...unless PS mode isn't available to him at that point.

I think we're all curios about this eye transplant mention, much like Itachi was able too Sasano up after he was given Sushi's eye someone might say that didn't recall it was placed into that one crow... (Which is a sort of ST crow via summoned by Itachi methinks), as it's a non-living creatures right ... xD

I have to agree, Sasuke's base skills were a lot more honed during, and after the time-skip.

I'm assuming this is a base Sasuke versus base Naruto thread since you didn't really make your question clear. Anyways, in their base forms, Sasuke is a lot stronger than Naruto because now, not only does he lack a proper counter to Genjutsu, he also lacks an actual way to deal with Sasuke's speed, CQC capabilities and Kirin. Long story short; base Naruto basically lacks a proper counter to the half of base Sasuke's arsenal.

Actually, base Naruto versus base Sasuke was already shown in the manga and we both know how Naruto didn't follow Sasuke's speed at all and got defeated rather easily in the end.​

Sasukes an uchiha were the sharingan is in his blood just like a hyuuga and the byakugon. Last time I checked being uzumaki doesn't have the fox in ur blood. Bottomline naruto wouldn't have made it this far if the fox wasn't given too him.

base naruto speed feats:
toe to toe with base sasuke after kage summit in speed
save sakura from poison kunai ( faster than kakashi with 4,5 in speed)
faster than kakuzu tentacle who blitzed kakashi with 3 tomoe sharingan
base naruto arsenal:
summon toads
shuriken jutsu
rasengan
clones who can destroy world of tree.
combination jutsu...
naruto dont have counter only for kirin and maybe genjutsu
