My take on this would be that Base sasuke and Base naruto A̶̲̥̅̊я̅ε̲̣̣̣̥ pretty close that only wat could take naruto out ℓ̊§ sasuke's speed.So its not an easy win for Base sasuke either.

you said toe to toe with base sasuke after kage summit...fail, sasuke had fought the raikage, samurai, and went a round with the other kage and then had a high diff battle with danzo all while going blind and exhausted and in excruciating pain and fighting kakashi...naruto was fresh to that confrontation...that was a straight up hater move from u to even dare say that's base naruto's feat

then u said save saskura from poison kunai...fail, need I remind u kakashi was just fighting and he used kamui and whenever he has used the kamui pre-war he gets tired, so again no speed feat from naruto

then u said naruto was faster than kakashi with 3 tomoe against kakuzu...fail, kakashi had been fighting both kakuzu and hidan all day naruto was fresh to the battle

and then u list all those jutsu which he can do but wont touch sasuke since he is too fast and those base clones cant do shit to World Tree

u are a big hater for this, that dnt make no sense

some guy keeps saying base sasuke can only beat pre-pain invasion base naruto...wtf fail...base naruto hasn't had any feats post pain invasion so base sasuke beats base naruto in any timeline

Naruto stopped working on Base abilities to focus on his stronger, more advanced forms so Base Naruto is little different pre- or post-.

Base Sasuke has better speed feats
Itachi level shuriken jutsu
Deadly chidori variants
Mifune level kenjutsu
As well as high level fire jutsu

Naruto can barely use raseshuriken in base

Saying Sasuke rapes is an understatement
also Naruto is an Uzamaki which gives him high resilience and large chakra
Sasuke is an Uchiha which gives him Sharingan, how is 3T sharingan not his base???

Sasuke uses the Sharingan and Naruto uses the nine tail. It's part of their power get over it.

Base Naruto and Base Sasuke are equal. Some of you need to stop overrating Sasuke and underestimating Naruto. Just because Sasuke used his sharingan to follow a swordman movement and block his attack doesn’t' mean their swordsmanship skills are equal.

Naruto base mode has grown a lot throughout this entire manga and that because his base skills grows with his power ups. The power ups Naruto receive doesn't give him more skills. It just gives him more chakra and power. Its Naruto base skills that allow him to achieve, control and use those power ups. EI: SM. It the result of Naruto being able to gather and balance natural energy. If he couldn't do that he wouldn't have SM.

PS: If Naruto was as weak as some of you claim than Madara wouldn't have needed to use susanoo to deal with base mode shadow clones.
