I found this by coincidence:

Yamata No Orochi Vs Susanoo
Yamata no Orochi (八岐の大蛇?, lit. "8-branched giant snake") or Orochi, translated as the Eight-Forked Serpent in English, is a legendary 8-headed and 8-tailed[1] [2] Japanese dragon that was slain by the Shinto storm-god Susanoo.
Yamata No Orochi Vs Susanoo
We all know this is how it happened in the manga, according to the myth.
When i read further I noticed that the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi ("Grasscutter Sword"), was presented by Susano’o to Amaterasu as a reconciliation gift. According to legends, she bequeathed it to her descendant Ninigi along with the Yata no Kagami mirror and Yasakani no Magatama jewel or orb. This sacred sword, mirror and jewel collectively became the three Imperial Regalia of Japan.
We know that Itachi's Susanoo had both the sword and the mirror. Could it be that Sasuke or Kabuto/orochimaru or even Naruto is going to look for the Jewel. Kishimoto has followed the myth exactly untill now.
Itachi's gift ? Yasakani no Magatama
The Yasakani no Magatama stands for benevolence, and is one of the three items used in the ceremony of imperial ascension. In Japanese mythology, the jewels, along with the mirror, were hung on the tree outside of Amaterasu's cave (where she had hidden) to lure her out.
The jewels
Could it be that Naruto got this from Itachi, so he got something to counter Amaterasu.
Your opinion please,
