Exactly. Too bad plot comes to a fact here. Otherwise, if they do combine, I wonder how Itachi still has eyes, and If they don't, I wonder where Sasuke's Old eyes are :erm:

the ones that have have been like madara, izuna, sasuke and itachi.
they were very close to eachother. to hate someone, you have to love them. in order to get EMS you have to kill your best friend. they had to kill their brothers in order to get EMS from each other. right?

Madara and Izuna killed their best friends, so unlike sasuke and itachi, they simultaneously had MS.

I guess you are talking about if Itachi was revived via Rinne Tensei that his eyes would be missing?

FUSED eyes though, I think since Itachi cast KA to work on HIS OWN (ITACHI) eyes being transplanted into Sasuke's head that would mean that Sasuke has Itachi's eyes alone and not a fusion of the two.

However since he already unlocked MS(both have) and since they are siblings the EMS = an appearance of both MS designs fused but not the eyeballs itself fused within each other.

Yes it can work. The eyes do not fuse. Sasuke right now is using itachiss eye balls. So basically Sasuke took his own blind eyes out and put itachi blind eyes in but itachi eyes became eternal cuz there in a new host. THE EYES DON'T FUSE.

If it was a fusion then Sasuke would never have claimed that they are Itachi's eyes , he would have just said that they are their eyes.

Because Itachi's eyes were new. Sasuke wouldn't need to adjust to his own eyes because he was already used to them.
