Yes he can use it but who can he summon? It's pretty pointless giving him people to summon when he hasn't shown any from what I've seen. Unless the Op gives him fodder shinobi to use then this doesn't really matter.

Raiton isnt supposed to defeat water. Whenever tobirama is in contact with water kakashi can get him with raiton.
This is also possible as kakashi has both styles

Minato and Tobirama tapped the two other hokages before they went poof, obviously if this was a simple jump that would not have been necessary, but you're gonna deny that anyways being the hater you are. but why would Kishi emphasize the only two S/t users touching the other hokages? Lol by the time Kakashi activates MS, Tobirama can create Kage Bunshin. That would fool the MS, as each Bunshin has the same amount of chakra as the individual. Tobirama and his clones can place down Hiraishin tags all around the field, so when he senses Kamui he can teleport. Tobirama outlasts Kakashi.

I am not a kakashi fan and i am not really intrested in this character but i am sure he is more powerful than tobirama

1- Tobirama has not shown any water based ninjutsu that can beat kisame's water attacks(kisame rivals the sanbi in terms of water based ninjutsu)

2- Tobirama's most powerful jutsu are suicide based attack and what is the point in winning the fight if your not alive to enjoy it?

3- I doubt tobirama would use edo tensei because that requires someone elses life and tobirama wont just use powerful shinobi as pawns unlike kabuto

4- His ftg is weaker than minato's and kakashi has full knowledge of ftg

As for kakashi he cant spam kamui because tobirama wont just stay still and let kakashi kamui him and tobirama will be careful if he finds out that kakashi has the mangekyo

Tobirama will most likely start with Kage Bunshin which can fool a sharingan.

Well it showed Tobirama slashing Izuna with his sword and blood would be on it so Tobirama did have Izuna's DNA. Hashirama is his brother so getting access to that after Hashirama died wouldn't have been that difficult. Others I assume are Uchihas he killed in their constant war.

So where are those edos? You think he has some sacrifices?
Chances are tobirama dies b4 touching kakashi.
Kakashi can also use S/T now, has clones himself, raiton, suiton, doton styles, genjutsu, sharingan perception and kamui.
By feats kakashi is clear winner. Tobirama by hype is the greatest of his time by feats got soloed by 20 fodders.

Either way, Tobirama can just fill the battle field with water and then use that water to FTG around. Minato stated how he can teleport what he or his chakra is touching in some way

I dont think chakra transformed in nature type would allow that. Why hasnt he done it then?

Same reason he hasntt been using his edo Tensei or other jutsus. He's been just a support for Naruto and Sasuke like Minato and Hiruzen. Why haven't Minato been show casing his other jutsus? same for Hiruzen? They're supporters, also they're not at full power as edos, we see Madara doing things he didn't do as an edo but Hashirama said Madara has his past powers.

Also nature type chakra is still theirs, Naruto actually transformed his chakra to match other people's chakra with the chakra transfer jutsu but that's the only time it was said to chakra their chakra (Medical jutsu too).
